Connect Meta WhatsApp Business Cloud to an agent. Aleph uses the official Cloud API with HTTPS webhooks — not unofficial QR / Baileys clients.
Connect
- Create a Meta Business app with WhatsApp and copy the access token, app secret, phone number ID, and a verify token you choose.
- On the agent's Channels page, choose Connect WhatsApp and paste those values.
- Set the Meta webhook callback URL to the returned webhook URL and subscribe to
messages.
Inbound chats map one Aleph conversation per WhatsApp user ID.
