Twilio SMS

Connect a Twilio phone number or Messaging Service so an agent can receive and send SMS/MMS.

Connect

  1. Copy the Account SID, Auth Token, and From number (or Messaging Service sender).
  2. On the agent's Channels page, choose Connect Twilio SMS and paste those values.
  3. Point the Twilio Messaging webhook to the returned URL.

Each phone number maps to one Aleph conversation. Signatures are verified with the Auth Token.
