GitHub (channel)

Connect GitHub issue and pull request comment threads as a Channel. This is separate from the GitHub Composio Connection used for toolkit tools in connections.toml.

Connect

  1. Create a personal access token with permission to post issue comments.
  2. On the agent's Channels page, choose Connect GitHub and paste the token.
  3. Add a repository webhook for issue_comment (and optionally review comments) pointing at the returned URL. Use the binding webhook secret for signature verification.

Mention-style comments trigger agent turns; replies are posted as issue comments.
