Google Chat

Connect a Google Chat bot to an agent using a service account JSON key and an HTTP webhook endpoint.

Connect#

1. Enable the Google Chat API and create a service account with Chat bot access.
2. On the agent's Channels page, choose Connect Google Chat and paste the service account JSON.
3. Configure the Chat app HTTP endpoint to the returned webhook URL.
